At the meeting held on April 17, 2008 at the Secretary’s office, the Board of Directors of Efremico Holdings Public Ltd examined and approved the following:
- The final audited results for the year ended December 31, 2007. The results are attached.
- The Extraordinary General Meeting will take place on May 16, 2008 for the redenomination of the Company’s share capital from Cyprus pounds in euros, pursuant to the Law on the Adoption of the Euro 2007.
- The setting of the date of the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on May 16, 2008.
