At the meeting held on Thursday, April 22, 2010, the Board of Directors of Efremico Holdings Public Limited decided the following:
1. Examined and approved the final results for the year ended December 31, 2009. The loss after taxation attributable to shareholders stood at €132,829 (2008: €568,474). Copies will be available at the Company’s registered office, Aradippou New Industrial Zone.
2. The Board of Directors did not propose the payment of a dividend.
3. Set the date for the Annual General Meeting, which will take place on Friday, June 4, 2010 at 5.00 pm at the Company’s registered office, Aradippou New Industrial Zone.
