Elma cancels decision for payment of second interim div

Further to the announcement released yesterday on the decision of the Board of Directors for the payment of a second interim dividend for 2007 to the shareholders after the conclusion of the issue of Rights and bonus shares, that is, in late 2007 or early 2008, at the meeting held in view of the provision of the Law paragraph 5.2.8.1 of KPD 596/2005 of the CSE which provides that the payment of dividend or interim dividend must be carried out within the period of 40 days from the approval of the decision, the Board of Directors of Elma Holdings Public Company Ltd decided to cancel the decision and re-examine the issue at a later stage before the end of 2007.
