Further to the announcement dated August 29, 2007 on the decision of the Board of Directors for the issue of Rights, it is clarified that the Company will adopt the procedure provided by circular 12/2006 of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, as described below:
“The ratio of Rights and warrants if the distribution is carried out by the Cyprus Stock Exchange is always 1 to 1. During their exercise, the ratio will be determined in shares”.
As a result, 219,264,208 Rights will be issued. This is the number of the existing shares. For every three Rights, their holder will acquire one ordinary share of nominal value 5 cents with the payment of 12.85 cents.
Further details will be available at the prospectus to be prepared for the issue purposes.
