At the meeting held on Friday, December 14, 2007, the Board of Directors of Elma Holdings Public Company Ltd decided the following:
1. The decision of the Board of Directors for the allocation of a 2nd interim dividend to the shareholders, which – as announced on August 30, 2007 – it would be re-examined before the end of 2007, has been postponed and will be re-examined after the completion of the rights issue and the issue of new shares.
2. The Board of Directors referred to a previous decision dated April 25, 2007 and clarified that the pension of £750 per month to the wives of Messrs. Michalakis Ioannides and Costas Constantinides will be allocated after their withdrawal from the Company.
