In relation to the announcement of yesterday, for the payment of a dividend, of 2 cent (€0.0343) per share, the exchange rate used was 1 euro = 0.5832 cyp. It is clarified that the cum dividend date is on 4/6/07. The ex-dividend date is on 5/6/2007 and the dividend will be paid on June 22, 2007.
