The warrant holders of Finikas Ammochostou Plc are notified that the warrant exercise period is November 1-19, 2009 and 2010 (included).
All warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must pay the exercise price, which is €0.34 per warrant, declaring the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised to the Company’s registered office, 26 Vironos Avenue, tel. 22-718528 / 22-718358 or to any Marfin Popular Bank branch.
(Account No.: 013-11-017836 – IBAN no: CY46 0030 0013 0000 0013 1101 7836) declaring the name and ID Number of the warrant holder as well as the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised.
In case of a deposit to the aforementioned account, the copy of the deposit must be sent to the Company’s registered office. The exercise price may be paid either in cash or with a cheque payable to Finikas Ammochostou Plc – Warrants 2009/2010. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Cheques that will be returned will cancel the warrant exercise.
The Company urges the warrant holders to take seriously into account the trading price of the share in the CSE during the warrant exercise. It is noted that the share price currently stands at €0.30.
