G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Limited – (Warrants) 2003
We hereby like to remind all the holders that the exercise period of warrants is from September 1 to 15, 2003 and the exercise price is 10 cents per warrant.Warrant holders who wish to exercise their warrants must submit the required amount – number of shares for which warrant is exercised X exercising price of warrants. The payment can be made as follows:
a) Cheque at any branch of the Bank of Cyprus ac. number 0194-05-010448 to the name G.A.P. Vassilopoulos Limited – Warrants, stating the description of deposit to the name and I.D. number of the holder of warrant.
b) Or to the registered office of the company, Strovolos avenue 20, Nicosia.With their exercise warrants will cease to trade and will be converted to share capital of the company.
The shares resulting from the exercise of warrants will be listed in the CSE.
The shares resulting from the exercise of Warrants will rank pari passu with the existing shares with nominal value 10 cents.
