The Annual General Meeting of Renos Hadjiioannou Farm Public Company Ltd held on 18/12/2014 in Nicosia approved the audited financial statements for 2013, reappointed Holroyd Association and Partners Ltd as auditors and authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration. Mr. Constantinos Hadjiioannou was elected in the Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Andreas Sialos who did not claim a reelection and takes office as Chairman, while Mr. Charalambos Hadjisolomis takes office as Vice Chairman.
