The Annual General Meeting of Renos Hadjiioannou Farm Public Company Ltd held today in Nicosia
1. Approved the audited financial statements for the year ended 31/12/2010 and the Directors’ Report.
2. Reelected Charalambos Hadjisolomis, Andreas Sialos and Renos Hadjiioannou as Board members, who will continue to offer their services without remuneration.
3. Reappointed Holroyd Partners as auditors for 2011 and authorized the Board of Directors to set their remuneration.
