Renos Hadjiioannou Farm Public Company Ltd announces that within the framework of the Corporate Governance Code and based on the Regulatory Decisions of the Cyprus Stock Exchange KDP326/2009, paragraph 5.2.9, the remunerations of the members of the Board of Directors for the year ended December 31, 2010 stood at €22019 and concerned the remuneration of Andreas Sialos as executive. No remuneration was given to the non-executive Board members of Renos Hadjiioannou and Charalambos Hadjisolomis.
