During the board meeting of Renos Hadjioannou Farms Ltd. of the 20 May 2002, the final audited results for the year ended 31 December 2001 were examined and approved.
Profits for the year reached CYP 1.314.565. According to preliminary results, profits for the year were CYP 1.341.111. Profits were reduced by CYP 26.546 due to provision for bad debts of its subsidiary Perdios Poultry Ltd. of CYP 10.446 and additional amortization provision for assets purchased during 2001.
The board decided to set the date of the AGM for the 27 June 2002 at 3.00 p.m. at the company’s main offices, 35-37 28th October Ave., 3rd Floor, Panos Building, Engomi, Nicosia.
