HB: Conversion price of Non-Cumulative Convertible Capital Securities at €0.95 for the period June 15-28, 2013

Further to its announcement dated May 14, 2013, Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that in relation to the optional conversion of the Non-Cumulative Convertible Capital Securities in shares, their current price in case that the issuer selects to convert them in shares for the period June 15, 2013 to June 28, 2013, pursuant to the provisions of the Prospects of the Non-Cumulative Convertible Capital Securities dated September 17, 2010 and the Supplementary Prospectus dated December 8, 2010 is €0.95.
