Hellenic Bank Ltd announced that its 27th AGM will take place on the 30 May 2001. Approval for final dividends will be sought for shareholders registered as at 23 April 2001 and will be payable on the 31 May 2001. Therefore Hellenic Bank shares will be trading ex-final dividend between 10 to 20 April 2001.
It is also noted that the Bank’s request to join the dematerialised system of the CSE has been accepted and this will take effect from the 10 April 2001. Transactions from that date will be accompanied by a confirmation of the broker according to section 6 of the CSE Clearing regulations or by a certificate of titles which will be forwarded to shareholders or by an investment statement.
As of 10 April 2001 all HB titles will be considered null and void.
