Hellenic Bank Public Company Ltd announces that the interest of Bonds 2011 (HBDE) with a rate of 6.00% will be paid to the shareholders on 31.12.2010.
It is noted that the beneficiaries of the interest are all registered bondholders 2011 as at December 28, 2010 (record date T+3).
As a result, Hellenic Bank Public Company’s Ltd Bonds will be trading ex-interest from December 23, 2010.
It is reminded that the beneficiaries will be the investors who will hold securities based on an off-exchange transfer, which will be completed on the record date.
