During the meeting of the board of the Hellenic Bank Ltd. which took place on the 5 April 2001, amongst other matters, the final results for the year ending 31 December 2000 were approved. During the same meeting, the board decided to propose final dividends of 2,5 cents (10%) to shareholders registered as at 23 April 2001 in addition to interim dividends of 2 cents per share (8%) which has already been paid.
In accordance with CSE regulations, titles traded between 10-20 April 2001 will be ex-final dividend.
