The Hellenic Bank Ltd. announced that its Board will be convening on Thursday 13 September 2001 to examine, amongst other matters, the results of the Group for the first six-month period of 2001 and payment or not of interim dividends for 2001.
Results for the aforementioned period and decisions concerning interim dividends will be announced to the CSE immediately upon their endorsement by the Board of the Hellenic Bank and to meetings with stockbrokers and the media on Friday 14 September 2001.
