Top Kinisis Travel Ltd. announced that during its Board meeting of the 2 May 2001 it was decided to offer discounts on group holiday bookings to shareholders of the company who are registered as at the date of their booking and until payment of their trip. The discount will apply at 5% for shareholders with a number of shares between 2,000 and 5,000 shares, 6% for holders of shares between 5,001 and 10,000 and 7% for shareholders with shares over 10,001.
The discounts will apply for the months of July and August 2001 to shareholders and their families. For shareholders who are legal entities, a nominated representative will be eligible to the discount offer.
