During the board meeting of Actibond Growth Fund Ltd. of the 20 February 2002, the preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2001 were examined and approved. Dividends and interest received, losses from the sale of investments and from re-evaluation of investments resulted in a deficit of CYP 1.245.010. There were operational losses of CYP 1.310.371 compared to losses of CYP 643.010 the previous year with pre-tax losses of CYP 1.412.791 and after-tax losses of CYP 1.414.310 compared to losses of CYP 793.626 in 2000. Losses per share equalled 9,6 cents on an average number of 14.666.670 shares.
The company attributes the losses for the year to the negative climate prevailing on the CSE during 2001 and the continuing drop of the index.
