The Board of Dome Investments Ltd. announced that it has approved the preliminary pre-audited results of the company for the year ending 31 December 2000. The Board has not yet decided whether to propose dividend payments.
Turnover of the company reached CYP 1.956.393 showing an increase of 2.24% compared to the previous year, with pre-tax profits increasing by 1.3% to CYP 315.605 and after-tax profits for the year equalling CYP 206.734. Earnings per share were 17,97 cents, compared to 19,72 the previous year, on an average number of 1.150.158 shares issued. The reduction in earnings per share is attributed to decreased profits due to increased taxation for the year.
