Cyprus Airways Public Ltd would like to inform the investing public that the Chinese company Beijing Yi Xiang Da Investment Co Ltd has expressed its interest in acquiring Cyprus Airways and its representatives had contacts with officials of the Company and representatives of the Finance Ministry. Although indications for the reaching of an agreement seem encouraging, there is no agreement to announce so far.
