At the meeting held yesterday, the Board of Directors ITTL Trade Tourist and Leisure Park Plc approved the final results for 2011. The results are attached.
The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on June 7, 2012 at 10.00 am.
It is also announced that from April 24, 2012 Mr. Marios Panayides has been appointed as new Executive Chairman of the Company, replacing Mr. Kyriakos Christofi, who together with Renos Solomides handed in their resignation from the Board of Directors.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Messrs. Renos Solomides and Kyriakos Christofi for their valuable contribution to the Company.
It is reminded that Mr. Nicos Shacolas is Honourary Chairman for life.
