With reference to the above issue, in our capacity as Trustee, pursuant to the Trustee Document dated October 17, 2008 and further to the decisions of the General Meeting of the Bondholders dated October 25, 2013 as the Issuer has not proceeded with the payment of Bonds on the expiry date, the Trustee – based on the authorization by the General Meeting, will proceed with the activation of the relevant procedures pursuant to the Issue Terms of the Bonds.
