Following a court order by the Nicosia District Court to application 381 of 2001 by which, amongst others, the court endorsed the arrangement between the companies Sharelink Financial Services Ltd. and Kyknos Portfolio Investment Co. Ltd. and ordered the dissolution of the latter without clearance according to article 200(1)(d) of companies legislation, Chapter 113, the CSE Council announced that the company Kyknos Portfolio Investment Co. Ltd. is no longer considered a listed company on the CSE
