The Board of Leptos Calypso Hotels Ltd. announced that it will be convening on the 28 May 2001 in order to examine the final results of the company for the year 2000 and to determine the date of the AGM, to consider payments or otherwise of dividends to shareholders and to call an EGM to seek authorisation for the Board to buy back shares of the company within current legislation.
