It is announced that during the third and last period of warrant exercise (Warrants 2008/2010) (20 to 29/10/2010), of the 1,828,837 unexercised warrants during the fist and second exercise period, 1,205,989 (65.94%) warrants have been exercised at the price of €0.34 per warrant. For each warrant exercised, one fully paid share of nominal value €0.34 will be allocated.
The allocation letters will be posted by 9/11/2010 and the listing of those shares in the CSE will be carried out 10 business days after the dispatch of the letters.
Overall, the exercised warrants during all exercise periods stand at 5,550,416, which is 89,91%.
Pursuant to their issue terms, all unexercised warrants (622,884 or 10.09%) ceased to be valid and the Board of Directors has the right to dispose them at its sole discretion to the benefit of the Company. The decision of the Board of Directors will be announced.
