The Board of Directors:
- Taking into account the provisions of the Prospectus with regard to the issue of Warrants 2008/2010 and especially what concerns the unexercised rights based on which the Company has the opportunity to dispose them to the Company’s benefit,
- Taking into account the number of the total exercised and unexercised warrants, the exercise price during the third and last period, the fluctuation of the price that the share is trading in the CSE and the interest of the staff members to acquire shares as well as their declaration that the acquisition will be in the short-term
- Taking into account that the share relation of the Group’s staff to the Company is to the benefit of the Company and its shareholders
It decided that:
The unexercised 622,884 warrants be disposed with the allocation of the corresponding number of shares to members of the managerial and other staff against €0.34 per share.
