We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc will meet on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 6.00 pm to set the record date, the ex-dividend date and date of payment of the final dividend.
It is reminded that on 22/4/2010 the Board of Directors had decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of €0.06 per share, that is, 35% on the nominal value of the share that stands at €4,950,000. The dividend stems from the profits of 2008 by €2,850,000 and from the profits of 2009 by €2,100,000.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced following their approval and prior to the next CSE session.
