We wish to inform you that pursuant to the provisions of the CSE Regulations, the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc will meet on Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at 6.00 pm to set the cum-dividend date and the date of payment of the final dividend.
It is reminded that at a meeting held on 18/4/2008, the Board of Directors decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a final dividend of €0.10 per share, that is, 58.82% on the nominal value of the share from the profits of 2007. The total dividend stands at €8,250,000.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced following their approval and prior to the next CSE session.
