You are notified that the Board of Directors of Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc will meet on Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at 11.30 am to examine and approve the indicative results for 2008.
The decisions of the Board of Directors will be announced following their approval and prior to the next CSE session.
Also, pursuant to the CSE and SEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the investing public, it is announced that the results for 2008 are expected to be lower compared to the corresponding results of 2007.
The results have been affected by the drop in the turnover due to the lower exports after the slowdown of the economies of Northern Europe and the amortization of goodwill of the British subsidiary Universal Components Ltd.
