Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc announces that its British subsidiary, Universal Components Ltd, has proceeded with the purchase of a property lease in Bristol of the United Kingdom. The right above lasts for 68 years, with expansion right for 99 years.
For the acquisition of the property, the Company took into account an independent evaluation. The purchase of the property has been carried out by Akzo Nobel CIF Nominees Ltd against the sum of 2.250000 English Sterling and has been paid in cash. The loan was granted by the Muskita Aluminium Industries Plc. at arm’s length.
The acquisition of the property is not related to and does not affect directly or not the interests of any “related person” pursuant to the CSE Law and it is considered very advantageous for the operation of Universal Components Ltd., as well as the prospects of the property.
