In accordance with Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted for listing 172 ordinary shares of Athina Investment Co. Ltd. derived from the exercising of American type warrants 2000/2001. The shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 78.411.508 shares.
Trading of the new titles will commence on the 27 July 2001.
