The CSE Council announced that in accordance with Regulation 73 it has accepted 20.066.661 ordinary shares of Athina Investment Co. Ltd. of 25 cents nominal value each, 1.717.000 American type warrants and 85.654 power warrants issued to Sharelink Financial Services as part exchange for the following:
· 2.500.000 ordinary shares of 20 cents nominal value each of Sharelink Financial Services Ltd.
· 3.333.333 ordinary shares of 50 cents nominal value each of White Knight Holdings Ltd., and
· Payment by Sharelink Financial Services Ltd. of CYP 2.500.000 in cash.
The above shares and warrants will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 98.478.169 shares, 8.568.474 American type warrants and 420.553 power warrants.
The new titles will commence trading on Tuesday 23 October 2001.
