The CSE Council announced that based on Regulation 73, it has accepted for listing 1.600.000 ordinary shares of CLR Financial Services Ltd. issued as part exchange for acquisition of 52.5% of Tufton Oceanic Finance Group Ltd. The shares will be incorporated in the listed share capital of the company which will reach 201.600.000 shares.
Trading of the new titles will commence on Thursday 3 January 2002.
