During the convention held on Thursday, November 21, 2002, the Company’s Board of Directors has decided that the ex-dividend is to be paid to all shareholders on January 17, 2003 and not December 16, 2002 as previously announced.
According to the CSE Trading Rules, transactions to be traded on the CSE over the two trading sessions preceding January 17, 2003 (that is 15/1/2003) will be ex-dividend.
It is reminded that on 29/8/2002 the Board has decided to pay an interim dividend of 5% (1 cent per share) for 2002 to all Company’s shareholders.
