The CSE Council announced that, in accordance with Regulation 73, it has accepted for listing 335 ordinary shares of Era Portfolio Investment Co. Ltd. which resulted from the exercising of warrants 1998/2001 of the company. The new shares will be incorporated in the listed share capital of the company which will reach 81.840.093 shares.
The new shares will commence trading on Thursday 31 January 2002.
