The CSE Council announced that according to Regulation 73, it has accepted 259 ordinary shares of the Hellenic Bank Ltd. derived from the exercising of warrants 2001/03 of the company. The new shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will rise to 228.129.395 with the number of warrants reaching 6.134.551. Trading of the new shares will commence on the 8 May 2001.
