In accordance with Regulation 73, the CSE Council announced that it has accepted 834.559 ordinary shares of Top Kinisis Travel Ltd. to be offered in exchange for acquisitions, following agreements, of the operations but not the share capital, of Lavar Tourist & Travel Enterprises Ltd., Zourides Travel & Tours Ltd., Paraship Freight Services and Frixos Pingos Travel &Tours Ltd. The shares will be incorporated in the already listed share capital of the company which will reach 10.834.559 shares.
Trading of the new shares will commence on the 30 May 2001.
