The Administrators / Receivers of GRANGOWOOD TRADING LTD and NEANDO LTD, subsidiaries of Orphanides Public Company Ltd wish to announce, in order to fully inform the investing public, that on August 14 2013 certain agreements were signed for the sale of Orphanides in Skarinou, property of Grangowood Trading Ltd, and in Kolossi, property of Neando Ltd. In both cases the buyer is C.A Papaellinas Trading Ltd. At the same time, they signed agreements granting the right to use for both supermarkets, which give the buyer immediate access to supermarkets.

At the same time, they signed agreement for the right to use of the supermarket, which give the buyer immediate access to supermarket.
