We wish to inform you that at the meeting held on November 29, 2004, the Board of Directors of A. Panayides Contracting Public Limited examined and approved the nine-month results for the period ended September 30, 2004. The results are attached.
The six-month results will not be posted to the shareholders but copies will be available free of charge at the Company’s office, 105 Ayion Omologiton Avenue, Nicosia, tel. 22 66 33 33. The profit and loss account together with the explanatory report will be published in newspapers “Phileleftheros”, “Haravgi” and “Financial Mirror” on Wednesday, November 1, 2004.
