The Company’s Board of Directors would like to announce that warrants issued by the Company with the Prospectus dated February 27, 2000 were not exercised by November 29, 2002, which was their exercise date. As a result, no new shares were issued.
It is reminded that according to the Prospectus terms, warrant holders have the right to exercise their warrants at the price of CYP 0,60 during the periods: 17- 28/11/2003 and 15- 26/11/2004.
