With reference to the reports in the press concerning the decision of the Supreme Court to adjudge damages of £800,000 against our Company, we wish to clarify that our Company has an insurance coverage for the full amount and it will not submit the sum. The decision of the Supreme Court will not affect, therefore, the Company’s results/accounts.
