We wish to inform you that on the meeting held on Friday, June 20, 2003 the Board of Directors of Perseas Investments Ltd proceeded to a preliminary examination of the offer of CLR Financial Services Ltd for the acquisition of up to 100% of the share capital and 100% of warrants of Perseas Investments Ltd.
The Board of Directors decided to assign an independent expert to prepare the report, based on the consideration and decide whether or not the offer is fair and reasonable, pursuant to the CSE Regulations (Public Offer for Acquisition of Securities and Merger of Listed Companies in the Stock Exchange).
The Board of Directors will meet once again on Wednesday, June 25, 2003 at 5 pm to complete the examination of the Public Offer so as to inform the shareholders on further details.
