Indication of financial results (unaudited) of Phil. Andreou Public Ltd for the year ended 31 December 2009
We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, during its meeting on Thursday 25 February 2010, examined and approved the indication of the financial results (unaudited) of the Phil. Andreou Ltd Public Group for the year ended 31 December 2009. A relevant announcement, which includes an explanatory note, is attached.
The announcement and explanatory note will be published in the daily newspaper (of pancyprian circulation) “Haravgi” on Monday, 1st March 2010. A sufficient number of copies of the announcement will be available at the registered office of the Company.
Copies of the newspaper announcement will be sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Epitropi Kefalaiagoras on 4 March 2010.
