Intermediate results of Phil. Andreou Public Ltd for the six months ended 30 June 2009
We would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, during its meeting on Friday 28 August 2009, examined and approved the intermediate, unaudited financial statements of Phil. Andreou Public Ltd for the six months ended 30 June 2009. The intermediate, unaudited financial statements and Interim Administration Statement are attached.
The profit and loss account and the Interim Administration Statement will be published in the daily newspaper (of pancyprian circulation) “Haravgi” on 1st September 2009. A sufficient number of the entire text of the financial statements, which were prepared using International Accounting Standard 34, and the Interim Administration Statement, will be available at the registered office of the Company at no charge.
Copies of the newspaper announcements will be sent to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Epitropi Kefalaiagoras on 3 September 2009.
