Philoktimatiki Ltd announces that warrant exercise (Warrants 2000/2002) can take place any date within December 2002, while their last trading date will be 16.12.2002. Warrants may be exercised until December 31, 2002 to Company’s registered office or any branch of the Bank of Cyprus Ltd (Account: 0189-05-001414), or the Arab Bank Plc (Account: 1301-031-946530) submitting the required amount that corresponds to the number of warrants to be exercised (CYP 0.50 per warrant) by cash or cheque to Philoktimatiki Ltd-warrants, declaring the name and ID number of the warrant holder, as well as the number of shares for which the warrant is exercised. It is noted that at the date of this announcement, the share’s price (CYP 0.35) is lower than the warrant’s exercise price.
