Pipis Farm Bros Public Company Ltd would like to inform the investing public that at the meeting held on April 30, 2012, the Board of Directors examined and approved the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2011
The results for the year ended December 31, 2011 are different from the indicative results (€1,313,503) announced on February 28, 2012, mostly due to the additional provisions on trade debtors (€400,000).
The results will not be posted to the shareholders but will be available at the Company’s registered office in Kokkinotrimithia
The Board of Directors also decided that the Annual General Meeting will take place on June 27, 2012 at 12.00 pm at the Company’s office in Kokkinotrimithia.
