Further to the announcement of Empire Capital Investments Public Ltd dated September 24, 2004 on the above issue, we wish to inform you that following the end of the period of acceptance of the Public Offer, 23 more shareholders of PSD Investments Public Ltd have submitted the acceptance forms of the offer to Empire against 40,903 shares. As a result, the public offer has been accepted against 4.962.470 shares that correspond to 95.34% of the total issued and listed shares of PSD Investments Public Ltd that are not possessed by Empire, its subsidiaries or its agents.
