Concerning the Board decision of D.H. Cyprotels Ltd. of the 5 July 2001 on the issuance of warrants, the company clarified that the record date will not be the 15 August 2001, but a date will be determined at a later stage which will be 10-15 days after approval of the relevant prospectus by the CSE.
