The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission would like to inform the investing public that, pursuant to article 127(2) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Market Laws 2007 to 2012, it has requested by the CSE Council to suspend the trading of the titles of Libra Group Plc, D.H Cyprotels Plc and Astarti Development Plc.
The Commission ended up with this decision since the aforementioned companies have not complied with their obligation to publish their annual financial report for the year ended October 31, 2012 and the six-month report for the period ended April 30, 2013, failing to inform the investors on their financial condition.
The Commission requested the suspension of trading of their titles until their compliance or their possible delisting.
The Cyprus Stock Exchange has proceeded with the suspension of trading of their titles from October 16, 2013.
